Thunderstruck

There has been questions asking what Thunderstruck's Jim Phelan is having us build this season.
I can't hold back anymore.
I hope he can handle this one.
Just putting the final touch on it.

Andy Schell took my MC-XPRESS Nytro for a spin with the Skinz Concept Front A-ARMS.
Andy first words (This is easier to ride Than my 800 Skidoo).

I must give Jeff and crew at Skinz a shout out on how happy I'm with the concept front end.
When the group stops and takes a break I cannot stop.

The Nytro in now a Fun Fun sled to ride.
Also Scott at OFT Racing fixed up my Fox Float 2.
They work better than they ever have.

Good Job Guys.

Allan and the Crew at TimberSled Built us one of their new Rear Suspenion with Exit Shocks.
Then we installed Ice Age Rails and a Whal Anti Stab Wheel Kit

103.jpg

Jim called me Wednesday and informed me that he needed the sled done and tested by Friday as he was doing a big film shoot for the next 7 days.
I have been doing some High Altitude mapping on our new GEN 5 EFI System.
So off to West Yellowstone for some break-in time Thursday without the new graphic kit installed.
This one Rocks with the new rear suspension it ate up the bumps on the old groomed trail. (to wet to groom)
What I needed was a good smooth area so I can open it up.
So on Friday we headed over to the radar run strip for a pass.
This looks like fun. (It Was)
With this set up for hill climbing it was very impressive at 90.3 in 500 Ft and matched Mike's run on his Nypex
Last Year we ran 98.1 but I think the traction was even better this year.

Whats the cost on the 240hp kit? How difficult is the install? Would like to get one of these bad boys on my sled for next winter.

New Tuning Parts From Mark Leipheimer

For the Riders that want to use the stock Nytro SE Rear Suspension we have tested a New Transfer Arm Stopper to keep the Rear Suspension from to much Transfer .

You can now keep your limiter straps in the stock location and enjoy good easy steering

This Fits the Stock OEM Rails or the ICE Age Rails

We have Built a new version of our favorite clutch weight the Yamaha 8bu -00

Our new weights are 7 Grams heavier than the 8BU -00

We have used these in our 330 kits for mountain riding

Low end response is more responsive than when we have used other aftermarket weights
