Test and Tune ride Anyone? Anywhere?

I have both my sleds back and need to get some road riding in to tune jetting and clutching (at least to start with) before our first ride to Tog in December.
Where an when? I am good Friday PM, Sat all day.

rode a road up by wolf creek yesterday. Very little snow. still need lots more. I wouldnt go up there untill we get alot more snow

Rode gardsman yesterday. Awesome to get out on the sled. Snow was minimal. Maybe 8-10 inches. Enough to road ride. Got 15 miles on the new 860Now when the real snow comes its WOT.

M8chris has been heading up Swan Lake and possibly Tony's, we should try and get something together for tomorrow!! I would love a road ride tomorrow and have a chance to meet some peeps here in the Utah section. Let me know

I live in Empire pass, right before you get to the gate on 224 from Park City, I believe the gate there looks closed and locked but you can take the lock or chain off and drive up the service road to parking up top.... I've at least seen people do it as I rode the chair lift in deer valley that goes over it.... any one say something different????? This is my first yr in PC with a sled so I just figured I open the gate and drive up to unload but I see a parking area to that people unload there.... IDK???

I'd be down but my only concern is tomorrow it's gonna be 45 degrees in the mountains which means snow will melt and snotel is only showing 6 inches now. It's gonna be warm for this next week but I'm thinking after this coming week we should get more snow and then I say we go on a road ride. But I am gonna drive to Tony grove tomorrow and see what it looks like

I took a drive to Monte yesterday(Friday) in the am and there was a "good" amount of snow at Curtis Creek turn off, when I left there were hunters still driving the road. 2nd pic is at Mt Mackinn (sp) turn off.
