TEAM Tied vs TSS-04

Rode it tonight.
Snow conditions were hard, cupped and covered with pine needles. LOL

Never got to put it on a hill, but on the road it easily hit 8500.
Was hitting 8500 at times and on REALLY short climbs. Was only hitting 8250 other times.

Back shifted good. When I let off the throttle, it was RIGHT there and ready to go.
Hmmm...

I do like it.
An properly secondary set up for revers was NICE. My reverse before consisted of a non-reverse Cat roller with a stiff spring. LOL

sooo hows it workin , you will notice a missing cut in the steeper helix, it is not for reverse !!!!!!!

Haven't read all the way through this... just pokin around on here and saw the TEAM stuff...

Not sure the whoel story but I can put in a vouch for the Team tied doing it's job! i put it on my Rev two years ago and noticed more 'staying power' on the long pulls. I only had that sled for a few rides after I put that tied on there but DEFINITELY noticed a difference in the climbing aspect over the stock doo clutching!

Also -little side note, if any of you all want to buy any Team product we (Otance Productions) have some gift certificates that we are selling for less than their cash value... Shoot me a PM if you are interested in them!

Update.

REAL reverse cut helix makes daddy happy. Lmao.

Went to wps website and found the TEAM conversion table on there in the snow book at about page 75ish.

Slash's helix converted to a 73-61 or something like that in the Tied.

I ordered one step shallower on the top end. So I went with a 73-59 and a 73-57 for the second angle. Black white spring....

Lt. Dan NAILS the bottom end and pulls hard. Jumps right to 8550 or 8600 at 6k feet. Settles to 8500 most of the time. Have not put it on a hill yet at 7500 to 8500 feet.

Same primary setup as above.

Btw, to remind you...I'm ported to hold at 8400 under load.
