what team had for me on there web site was,for 3,000-6,000
primary almond 165-327.
secondary spring 140-220 black/green
helix 77-57.46 77-59.46
10-64 w. but this for a 07 -700 so far works great,pulling 8050-8200 in the steep and deep. hope this helps some.

just a heads up, the primary spring that team gives is what to use,
i tryed my black green it was a dog, primary almond 165-327 made it very good,
