TEAM SECONDARY, what helix? Apex

Hey guys, how do you know what helix to run in an Apex application?
Is there like a general rule, like take off 5 degrees, or???

I'm considering this convertion this season....would also like to see some others input. Tom Hartman from Hartman Inc. likes this secondary and swears by it's benefits on the Apex Mnt. you might talk to him about set up and other questions you might have. Let us know how it turns out
