Team Secondary Rattle?

So I got my machine back together and started it up last night and heard a funny rattle from my secondary. The one part I didn't touch, funny eh. I took it off and noticed it only made the noise when the clutch was open a bit from the belt tool. Pushed the clutch together with my hands and the noise is gone. Any thoughts?

the clutch was spread from the tool to get the belt on and off?

It's the washer in there that the adjuster bolt and opening tool press against. Clutch was being held slightly open which allows that washer to rattle.

Yes i did use the tool to pull the belt off. Thanks for the help guys!

This is the tss 004 team ... correct? the tss-98 is the old version

I just had to replace that washer. It was dished out real bad from the oddball angle it sits under pressure, and there was a bad groove being worn by the adjustment bolt riding in it.

I hope you can find one cheaper than the dealer ($17).
