Team Ramps

That is the stock ramp....the TEAM is just a duplicate of the Doo 415 profile. IMO a good, all around ramp for the '07. We retain that ramp with our '07 setup using the TEAM secondary.

If you need new ramps then the last thing I would get would be 415's for the 800R unless you go with oversize rollers like winter brew uses in his kits. Those ramps are just too shallow for the powerband of the 800R (the thicker oversize rollers gets around that problem). There's a reason nearly every aftermarket clutch kit loses those ramps (designed for series III motors and not series IV).

Have FUN!

If you want to stick with stock size rollers (best original size are the 2009 Roller BRP#417222947)
These ramps provide the quick and stable rpms of a 415 (up to about 45 mph-72km/h trackspeed), and the push of a 441 when you are running higher track speeds out on the road/trail.

No need to change the clicker! JUST GO SNOW TO ROAD!
To order go to www.mxzx-revzone and use the order form.
Feedback always appreciated!

Rollers?

What does going with over sized rollers do and how do you adjust side clearance on a ski doo clutch? I have rode a polaris sleds in the past and you just adjusted the spider on them.
