Team adjustable rooster weights???????????

I received these as part of my Silber turbo kit for my pro rmk and have a couple questions.

1. I want to run 72 grams, how should I load them up. It says in the instructions to load them as evenly as possible and to only use one small bolt and one small washer in the first hole. ( the weights are 62's I believe as that is the number that is written on them)

2. How do you tighten the bolts on there as the there really isn't enough room to get a socket or wrench on the bolt head. Also do you all put the "glue" on there as well?

this is the last step in the install and then the sled will be ready for testing. any help will be greatly welcomed.

one last question is that I will be running av gas. how do most of you haul you fuel up to the hill (probably need about 40-50 gallons) this is what we normally burn on one 5 day trip)

1 load them evenly to make 72 grms . I tighten the bolts with an open ended wrench. I use a small dab of loctite on the bolts. I us av gas as well and we all haul it in 25ltr Jerry cans. Enjoy your turbo :face-icon-small-win

I did the exact same thing and it worked great.

Remember, you will probably have to re-shim your primary to get the correct belt to clutch sheave clearance correct. I believe the dealer that did my re-shim added .080" worth of shims. I believe these weights are the same ones I had last year on my TD8.

I have a bunch of install pic but I'm on the road driveing to the snow show if someone wonts to post them emaile and I will forwerd them on

Just for reference mine is still the 2011 kit. I have no green bolts and I can't seem to get a wrench on the bolt unless I add a couple washers. in Justins it says to only install one small bolt and one small washer in the heel hole.

And I will get pics up soon
