Just trying to find out what the snow conditions are like in the Talor Fork and Carrot Basin area. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Right now it is a toss up between there and Cooke City. Thanks.

ive seen lots of sleds in the past few days heading down. i bet once ur in the good bowls and such you wont have to worry about much. west got 18 inches the other night i heard... 
Up to 40 inches in areas, no real base, hazards still exist. Great early season riding.
Here are the pics from last Saturday. Carrot says they have over a foot more in the last week. ZERO base. These are from the main bowl. We went up over the hill south of this bowl and the meadow we visited there wasn't ready to be ridden.
