Taking stills out of a video

I have a iphone video (.mov) and want to take some still out of the video.

So i ive tried,

Windows Movie Maker
Frame Shots
Advideo

and i think there is one more. These programs either dont support .mov or want some coin (only need it for one picture so cant justifly)

Anyone help a brother out?
