T Motion Shock Removal

Can someone give me some guidance on how to get the small wheels off of the center shock shaft? It’s been a couple years since I installed and can’t remember how to get them off. Figured I’d ask before I just go wailing on them with a rubber mallet. See picture for reference.

there’s a e-clip or c-clip or whatever they’re called that has to come off to get the rubber wheel off then use a bearing puller for the bearing itself. harbor freight has cheap pullers and they work just fine.
fairly easy process with the circlip pliers and bearing tool.
