T motion driving some sleders to insanity, other side effects include erectile disf.

no toy bikes allowed

the bike conversions do not have enough power or range to even get to these kind of places. but they are fun toys to play around on;) seems flatlanders really enjoy them...

Rick and Stephen are cousins who live in Wistler BC Canada, superb riders and gentlemen.

Timbersled Mountain Tamer in place of original skid since Rick had a mishap during Hawk Fest 2012. Twoski yet to be recovered, swede, plaid, leather, snow!:D

Wanting not to miss out on any aspect of the single ski, they go all out, these were brand new last Feb. Rick showed in my Yakima driveway this summer for some Naches trail riding experience.

the hawk is a whole different story, the bike conversions have no power and no range. a fun toy to play around on but not gonna make a serious mt. rider happy. i have ridden both and could live with a hawk but i liken it to ridding a dirt bike at the dunes you have to constantly ride it. no taking a break and just cruizing and watch out if you find any ice! also what goes up must come down:) now the bike conversion for me would never do. just like i stated about the pics i posted of todays ride, they wouldn't have the range or the power to get there. each have thier own place but theres a reason why there are hundreds if not thousands of sleds sold to every one bike conversion...

Sandman, not sure where you got your information, but ever since I left my M1000 and picked up a Mountain Horse I have found myself with more (or the same) range and the ability to get to nastier places on the bike. The pictures you posted look like easy street compared to the nasty terrain we ride here in NW Montana. While the bikes are not the toy to tackle turbo country with long chute pulls (only straight up with no other routes), I find myself waiting on sleds all day long.

As far as true timber extreme riding is concerned, the Horse's go more places than the sleds and are more fun. And before I bought my Horse I was about as hardcore snowmobile as possible (and still love them, but I have more fun on the Horse). One day I will have both in my garage, but the Horse will leave the stall 9 times out of 10.

A full mod 450 or 500 two stroke can make what 60hp? Then add a 136" track and skid, talk about underpowered. That's almost as bad of a power to weight ratio of a new phazer. Not to mention fuel range issues, which I think is what sandman was referring to with "range". Plus it just looks lame to me and I ride & race MX. Doesn't appear nearly as challenaging either. We snowmobile to push our physical and mental limits(unless your a trail rider), these machines look like they will meet there limits before the rider does.

There will be snow biking in Heaven! I know because I was there....here is the proof!

I think snow bikes are more fun than flaming chariots! We rode 60 miles, from Smiths Ferry to the radar dome and back...What a blast and quite a workout.

He's refering to his son, when the kid was 11 he almost got a JR Hawk for him from that Addicted fellow.

: It's not too often you see 15 Fastway equipped Timbersled snow bikes shredding through the powder. One of the riders is only 14, and he tore it up all day!

The "Like Heaven" ref's are purely imagination, although he being of a particular majority of southern ID. Romney like faith, might actually be top of things.

At least it's realistic.

I hear those XM's can be taken down with GI Joe's pine cone bazooka!

Very detrimental when considering the already human side effects of T-Motion.

This is a story of actual event, written by the actual rider, who took these photos this last weekend, try your best not to get caught up in something you enjoy so much that when taken away it devastates you!

loved ones can be replaced, just find another.

Show me a sledder with this passion and sorrow!
His words,
"I was having so much fun on that 600. I had it for 5 years. Modded up. Jaws pipe clutching 1/4 twist throttle 136 inch brand new track force reeds, pods, higher comp, fibreglass hood, two ring pistons. Flipped it upside down on a cornice 10 feet up. It landed on its bars. It had already ignited. Bitch wat a bitch. I have it insured. I loved that thing."

Reads like your last dog.
