Synthectic Chain Case Oil ok for diamond drive??

I agree with that ^^^^^ I dont think you want to run anything then those 3 oz. bottles of ACT Gearcase Fluid.

dont waste your money on those little bottles of oil. i ran the arctic cat oil in my DDrive and i switched to syntheatics. sence then i have had cleaner oil changes then with the AC oil. i dont think there is any thing special about the AC oil.ran syntheaticsfor three years with no problems what so ever.

I run Amsoil chain case lube (which is 100% synthetic) and have had no problems with my DD.

I sold my sled with 5000 miles on it. I bought a new Crossfire 800LE and around 200 miles plan on pulling the DD apart for inspection and refill with Amsoil.

I too am very satisfied with series 2000 chaincase lube from amsoil. Oil stays cleaner longer and no failures with many miles

"Amsoil series 2000 chaincase lube"

Thats good to hear. Thats what i'm going to try this year.:beer;

Its your sled and your choice. I researched it quite a bit. From what i understand cat and bdx are the only 2 designed specifically for the dd. why chance it? A 12oz bottle is 3 changes on an 05.

Chance it? No, Amsoil recommonds Chaincase oil for DD. I did last two oil changes and was impressed with their cleanilness look after about 800 miles each time and I think I will run same oil much longer now....
