Switchback wont run correct at higher temps

Now i have been scratching my head to long so im going to ask for some help here

So to the trouble then, when i run my machine it works great at least until the temp reaches 60-65 degrees celsius ( ~165 fahrenheit ) that is when the fun starts, it begins to bog like crazy, wont idle and becomes a real major pain in the *** to start up, if i turn it and cool it down to half the heat the problem remains but if i let it be over a night and cools down properly it works again :-S

When i go full throttle while it run like crap the engine light will come on and flash one time briefly and wont flash until next full throttle

Im getting really sick and tired on this otherwise awesome sled so any help and tips will be greatly appreciated

Thanks

One blink is TPS voltage,id start there or maybe exhaust temp sensor... where it seems to temp related.

Ignition coils are new and so is the sparkplugs, what is the IAT sensor?

IAT is inlet air temp, located in the bottom intake manifold.

and maybe you should check your voltage regulator and stator. it could be possible that one of them cut when they get hot enough.

what kind of plugs are you running? i think they should be NGK BR9ES if am not mistaken, 2 strokes are rally sensitive to plugs (and plugs are temp sensitive) so things can come and go when it gets hot :)
