I think you do not see them because most people do not have a garage tall enough for a inclosed trailer to go in. The tongue would have to be alot longer. I just looked at my haulmark compared to my boat trailer and the boat has about 20" before the v. and the haulmark is about 6" Jack loacation makes a big diffrence also.
Buddy had one on a 20' open that he stored in garage in Truckee. Worked pretty good. You can order one to modify from Overton's & I think Harbor Freight or Northern Tool. Don't remember which 2 places I saw it.
