The dems deregulated the banking industry, which they followed up with lowering the lending standards and then forced the banks to make home loans to people that couldn't afford them. This was followed by Clinton deciding to put your tax dollars directly in the line of fire when he forced fanny mae and freddie mac to buy up all the caustic loans the government forced the banks to loan in the first place. THis opened the door to the worst abusers this country has ever seen. They pushed every seedy loan they could, knowing full well you and I would be picking up the tab.

So instead of letting those banks go under and jailing the CEO's that did this, they turn right around and GIVE THEM EVEN MORE OF OUR MONEY. The politicians to forced this on us are still in office (except clinton). Do you ever hear about how the dems are directly responcible for this mess (granted a lot of republicans can also be blamed).

I here a lot of force this and force that in your argument. So why is it that some banks are not in trouble and that some are prospering??? Answer that question and you will find out the cause of the housing problem.

As for the Electronic Health tags.
This is the first step in what was Hillary's plan to social medicine. You have to have a full data base of everyone eligible (and yes illigals are eligible), their full medical background and any insurance they currently have. That is step one.
Step two is starting to dictate to the doctors what procedures they can and can't do. Obama has stated that is the goal of this. He says it will keep health care costs down.

So this sounds bad to you??

the answer is simple. As I stated, unscrupulous bank owners got greedy and used the system to their advantage know full well it would b up to the american people to pick up the tab. They are the banks that should be allowed to go under.

If it was JUST to get them up to the current age, no problem. However, as has Obama has stated. It is the first step in "getting medical costs down". THey will do this by telling your doctor what he can and can't do. This is also called socialized medicine and YES, I think it is VERY bad.
