Well we all know .. Chris Burandt..

With or with out the sway bar ?? again.. he he

He has rode with out it.. But then put one back on .. But not the stock one!!

Does anyone know if we can buy this part.??

Or

What the Material it is made out of is??

thanks..

I believe if you choose to pull it out you best get your shocks revalved and or add heavier springs to make up for it.

Hmmm...I don't know for certain. But in a conversation with him back in November he told me he ran the Pro at the narrowest stance possible. He also switched to RSI bars to LOWER the stance - he pushes this for more control. He also told me he prefers the Fox Evol shock to the Exit. I only throw that out there because I know Zbroz makes a sway bar link kit. I would guess he is not using that based on what I said above.

Send him an email. He'll probably respond. You can find it at his website.

If you're on the fence of swaybar in or out....

I have a friend who rides an XP and has a "quick disconnect" link to engage/disengage the bar with no tools. He takes the link out when it's time to ride off-trail, puts it back in for riding roads back to/from parking lot. Maybe someone makes something similar for the polaris? (or could make)

Personally I don't mind it in, but I bet it would be a good selling piece.

You should be able to disconnect the sway bar from the rubber thing connected to the lower a-arm, but I imagine you'd have to develope a way to keep the sway bar from flopping around hitting verything.

Thanks Guys..!!

Well the first 200 miles i rode my Pro.. i had it in..

Then i started Cutting Skies.. Pulled out the sway bar.

1400 Miles Later..

Liking it without.. Standing wrong foot forward making sharp turns.. It lays over really well. But some times it like i am fighting with the ski. and the rubber stops. Took my ski's off and looked at them, it seams there it so much force, the spindle is forceing the rubber to squish out.. to the edge to the bottom tof the spindle and the ski is then forced Straight up and down. Also the rubber is getting cut in the center, from the sides or the spindle! Noramlly i have to jump to other running board to get the sled to come out of the hole, and lift other ski up and back to semi flat postion and continue! :)

Well looking at the Polaris Ski's .. You can only put the rubber mount in the center postion. When using the Center postion on the ski... yes, Rubber is in the middle!. But when it is set to the Narrowest Setting. the spindle is right at the edge! and gets pushed out.

Kinda thinking also ..
About making some wider Rubber stops to fit in !

Option one. Cutting ski out to fit in two of the Pro Skinny one side by side..

Or using the IQ ones and cutting the Rubbers to make fit..

Still up in the air!!

i have New Ski Rubber it try.. also.

I Put the Sway Bar back in. :( Still happend's.. Yes.. less tippy.. But i have always ran with out a sway bar.. so it my Style of riding..

Yes, it is less tippy with it in. But i like riding it with out!

Thinkin of now trying the Assault Springs.. Without Sway Bar Again! :)

The Springs are like $$50.. So i think kinda worth it to try!

Keep the ideas flowing!!!

Note

On a Quick disconnect..

I would think you could get away with only disconnecting ONE side..

Removing the Sway Bar Link..

I would really just like to Take it OFF!!

:)
