suspension settings for women??? 600 pro

600 Pro Just wondering if there is anything i should do, adjust the suspension for my wife she is 130 lbs geared up. I moved the skis in. Also only hitting 7800 rpms in pow what weights should i put on for 8000-10000 ft

Thanks Josh

Drop 2 grams from what ever is in there. But is that 7800 with her on it or you? big difference! Also, what I also did with the ex when she was at those wieghts LONG time ago, and the kids, I would dial the suspension in for me. In other words, I got the balnce all right. then I would back all 4 shocks off evenly. Get behind them and watch how it handles. Keep back the shocks off evenly til you could see on the shafts that they are using full travel and then crank them all back up about 1 turn. tough to setup up a sled when you weigh 250 and they weigh in at 150 or less. But that is what worked for me.

Here's what I did for my wife on her 600 PRO (she weighs in at about 145 without gear etc;

Front end - removed sway bar and cranked the front shocks up till there was about 3/8" of thread left. (this was the best adjustment I made, according to her for deep snow riding/ sidehilling etc...)

Back end - set it up as per owners manual for her estimated weight with gear/pack etc...

I did the front end tweaks just before last weekend's ride and she was amazed at the difference...last thing I'm gonna do for now, is get her some lower bars and she'll be set:D
