SUPERCLAMP customer service....100% and beyond

I posted a thread about loosing a rear Superclamp last week in Sun Valley.

Randall heard about my thread and tried to get in touch with me.
He wanted to hear about why I lost my clamp and what happened.

Without going into all the detail, he took care of me 100% in a way that just exemplifies what 100% customer satifaction really is.

That is service.

No BS, I have 4 buddies who heard about what happened and how Randall came to me....and they decided right then and there to buy Superclamps.

Randall is the man.

I bought a drive on / off trailer reciently from a snowest member and it came with superclamps... I'd heard alot about them but never seen / tried them up close. After using them now for a month I really like'em. Nice to hear their support of their product is top notch!

Good customer service has become the exception not the norm...so when a company actually stands behind their product people are just blown away.

Really this should be standard operating procedure for all business's, that is if they want to be successful.

There is no doubt Randall is on top when it comes to cusotmer service. He is a great guy to deal with and has really helped us out over the last couple years getting our decks off the ground.

I lost one of the safety key's and inquired about a replacement by e mail and they phoned me at home and shipped same day!!!I use them front and back of the sleds,won't go without them!!!

By far the best trailer accessory I have ever bought, fast and easy, the only person who likes them more than me is my wife. Also love being able to run a pad lock thru where the keeper pin goes.

my buddy spun one off his deck, threw it about 50' and it broke in half (first day with a new lefty, he threw the lockout pin away when he installed it). SC laughed like hell at his story AND REPLACED THE CLAMP ON WARANTEE...... AWESOME COMPANY.
