Anyone have any brilliant tricks for relieving sunburn pain? I fried the phock out of my feet yesterday (take off your shoes and socks before putting sunscreen on rather than after) and I leave tomorrow morning for a fishing tournament and would really like to wear some sort of shoe. I put my socks/sandals on tonight and an hour later my feet were so dam swelled up I could hardly get my socks off. I dread putting socks/shoes on for a full day tomorrow and then trying to walk at the end of the day.

About all I've tried is some aloe stuff with Vitamin E and the wife had some crazy notion to put vinegar on, but that didn't seem to help.

I'm a red head, vinegar is the chit!!! Or cool towels and aloe and lidocain mixtures.

Dont wear socks and sandels.............

listen up bastages....you seen the South Park, I swear to God I'll go Cartman on your aces!

fried

I sit in my hottub when I get burnt it will sting for a bit but it help take away
the after pain:eek:

Got Milk???? Put milk or half and half cream on it. Not cold milk from fridge but cool milk that has been sitting for a short time. Leave on for about 20 minutes. If you burn is bad enough the milk will start to smell after a short amount of time. you can use gauze pads saturated with milk or just soak your feet. Good luck.

Shower, get in cool water and slowly turn hot water up as much as ya can take. It does take the sting out.................. :beer; :beer;

I got really burned all over my chest and legs and back last weekend, enough to get some small blisters on my shoulders, and I've been putting that green aloe burn gel on about every 4 hours. I keep it in the fridge, it keeps it cool and it feels pretty good. Now it's already starting to peel though but at least it finally stopped hurting.

Where are you going to the fishing tourney at? My dad is in West Bend this weekend for his company tourney.
