Heading to sun valley this week. Can anyone give me some ideas of some good back country riding areas. Does anyone have a snow report from this weekend. Should be in town mid week.
Went out this weekend, the new snow we got last week is pretty much trashed now. It was really warm the last few days and it settled it and turned some to slush. Supposed to be a little new snow tonight and tomorrow, probably no more than 3-6 inches. From Sun Valley, the only areas worth riding is Baker Creek and over Galena Summit to the Sawtooth Valley. Remember, if you are non-residents you will need non-res sled stickers. You can get them at Woodside Motorsports in Hailey.
