Today I took my boys up to the same areas that we spent all last winter sledding on, but today we were riding our Polaris RZRs.
Wow.
What a huge difference a hundred inches of snow makes.
I had never really spent any time up there in the summer before, and today I slowly drove around all the jumping off spots from the main trails to the better sledding areas.
I was just struck by the massive difference in the terrain between summer and winter. The tree fall up there is staggering. Anything much less than 30 inches of snow and I would think most of it would be unrideable just because of the trees.
But the boys and I had a blast and looked at several new places to go sledding next season that we hadn't considered this last winter.
The days ARE getting shorter.
Summer will wind down and Fall will come.
We rode up on Two Tops as well, heck of a difference in the trail up the mountain from Winter to Summer.!!
