For most of us memorial weekend marks the unofficial start to summer...and the time to start planning the mods for next year. So what does everyone have planned?

I have a pretty short list. Replace my two wheel kit on my skid with a three or four wheel kit, and maybe throw some running boards on it.

This summer's list.

#1.
Upgrade my SPG A-Arms to 5/8ths Heim Joints

#2.
Remove and Replace my front EVOL shocks with Raptor Clickers.

#3.
Remove and Replace the SPG Under Tunnel Exhaust Muffler with a quieter one.

#4.
Install a Gauge Set for the Supercharger

#5.
Upgrade the coupling controller on the KMOD suspension

#6.
Reflash the OEM Yamaha ECU

#7.
Find that stinking anti-freeze leak!! :face-icon-small-fro

#8.
Loose 25lbs and get in better shape for next season's riding.

I should add that I did some spring mods just before I went to McCall. I added the Roest full length skid plate and an OFT roll over valve with tether. The tether works awesome, and was actually needed pretty bad since I broke the kill switch off on a branch a few years ago.

The skid plate is so much better than the stock skid its insane. This is the skid that Yamaha should have built from the start. It actually protects the bottom of the Nytro, from the front bumper all the way past the tunnel cooler.

I am trying to loose about 10 pounds this summer, but I hurt my back a few weeks ago so that doesn't help me much.

Chris, what gauges are you going to run?

Ya. I need to do something about my kill switch I have bumped it TOO many times on accident

Hey Christopher,
If your still running the Lithium battery, the off-season would be a good time to send me your ROVCM. So that I can download the Lithium battery programming into it.:thumb:

Very happy with the Lithium Battery.
Will send you the ROVCM for reflashing .

I'm not sure what he is flashing for since he is boosted but I have flashed stock ecus to modify fuel settings for Intakes and exhuast setups

Its in reference to his post in the boosted section. MPI is teaming up with another company and they are supposedly going to flash the ECU rather than run the GEM box.

i have started to do my 1st mod sled,

1. installing 910 carls cycle big bore motor into 01 edge x 600 sp frame
2. twin pipes
3. mahcine the heads for 0-3k elevation
4. install anti-sab wheel kit
5. install no slip drive sprockets
6. putting in 162 Rotein Hornet 1.345 studs
7. Replace all bearings in the wifes edgeX 800

Time to install the Wildchild steering relocate on the RX-1 and a set of better boards for one of the Nytro's. I am hoping to do the roll over valves as well. Still debating the Carls Cycle cut on the Simmons Gen II's. A set of Gen III's would be nice, but maybe the cut is better?
