Oh I know you can go the Lakes, but nobody wants to go when the air temp is colder than the water temp. Crazy people.

When we went riding near my place on sunday there is one hill that has a bunch of trees nicely spaced that are usually 12-15' above the snow. Sunday the hill that is normally FULL of trees, had 4 or 5 tips sticking out. That's about 15' MORE than normal, at the end of May. wow.
And the rivers are just starting to rage.
CO river near Kremmling, I'm usually running it around 1000-1500, it's at 8310 right now & most of the snow is still up there.

Love that it's late enough in the year and snow is still deep enough to go riding after work. LOL
