so I was looking at past pictures with this guy (Pickle) stuck up to his waist in Pow,,,,,,,, we could go into those north bowls with all the ppl we have,,,,,,,, more to help get a trail in,,,,,,, So if we can be at Subway before 9 and get our stuff and leave by 9,,,,,

Just to let you know,,, I have a collett 900 Communicator coming,,,,,,, so now you guys have to get one so I cantell you how poorly you are riding :D:D

of course we all know you have that communicator so when you drop so far behind us you have someone to talk too and don't get lonely, or use it to give us updates on your ETA on rendezvousing with the group ahead.................:D

so I'm all loaded up,,,,, just going to wash my muddy truck,,,,,, if the wash is still open???? I'm leaning towards the headwaters of Onion Creek up the right creek we have been avoiding,,,,,,,,, or getting stuck in,,,,,,,, but to go in virgin pow and into those untouched bowls would be great!!!!!

I went out and bought a saw too, one of the folding crappy tire ones. And while at Crappy tire, I stumbled across my new best friend.......White Duck Tape!!!!!!!!!!!

White sled........ White duck tape........ you see where this is going???? I think I went a little over board on the taping, well it was dark and couldnt see what I was doing, hahaha

post some pics when you get back. If there is decent snow I know a few peeps that would be interested.

no pics. snow was deep, trail getting thin in places though, probably not much time left without new snow or cold temps. not bad ride some new snow with places waist deep or better, had to cut ride short due going to go again though, due to some previous commitments, Going again SOON.

I was surprised how bad the trail was coming out,,, with out new snow that is the last time i might be going into onion,,, ranger might be in the cards yet????

The Cursed Trailer

I was surprised how bad the trail was coming out,,, with out new snow that is the last time i might be going into onion,,, ranger might be in the cards yet????

Thanks to Brad and Trevor for helping me with the trailer.

Brad and I went back today with some fresh tires and I towed it back home.............Only to back the damn trailer into the rear fender of my "now for sale" Dodge Dakota as I was backing it into my driveway! I will rack that up to it being a cursed trailer not my driving :D I have to rewire the damn drivers side brake like for the second time too.

All part of the game i guess.

Here is a link of a few pic i took.........the second link is some pics I took a week earlier, what a difference!

Glen, you need a sled deck.

How is your knee?

I am sore, shouldnt have gone quading, there was either too much snow or too much mud.

Ya a sled deck has a smaller PITA factor for sure.................

Had the dakota for almost 3yrs and never put a scratch on it, put it up for sale and I dent/scratch it, go figure lol

the knee is not to bad, just a little tender..................that's right I have to straighten out the reverse lever on the sled too.............to do list never ends aye

Ranger Crk/boundary

Is There Any Snow On Access To Ranger Crk. Onion Lake Is Likely Bare. Should Still Be Snow At Boundary Area In The Trees, With This Sun And Heat Though.
