street bike in snow for real

did you think that a street bike based snowbike would never work in the steep and deep. then think again.
a 2005 gsxr converted for snow. home built using a concept called tedesled.

this thing is crazy fun to drive and prietty agile. but the weight is 206 kg and got about 170-180 hp so it does demand a deacent set of balls to ride.

Would be a decent trail bike or climbing chutes but too heavy

Nice , I bet that would be one twisted mother to keep up with ditch banging .

Starting to become more of these popping up , it would be nice to see some of the technology the street bike guys can bring to this sport .

Might even be an easier and cheaper transition .

I was just looking at a an 06 ZX10R for 4500.00

Best option on the market is the Yamaha fz09. Great rider position that is almost dirt bike, narrow, and CHEAP. $7500 for a brand new one. Cheaper than a 450 and has 120hp.
Also they are very light at 410#
The FZ07 is great too but I would take the extra 10# for another 40hp
