:eek:I had recently purchased a 154 XP everest, I would like to know the stock clutching that came from the factory. I really enjoy the sled but am going to have to make some clutching adjustments. I would also like to know about any after market shops that know their stuff about doo. I do not want to be a test dummy anymore for these fly-by night after market shops.

Stock clutching is primary spring 160/320 and 12mm (1.7gms)pin weight.
Secondary is a 42 helix.

Many dealers jumped at the BRP claim to remove the pin weight during initial release. Now we know that that was a mistake. It needs to left in, and actually weight added, depending upon your riding situation (elev).

Do a search, many suggestions and help for what you need, or give us more for what you type riding setup you want?

We need particulars; Like
  • Weight
  • Riding elevation
  • Riding style (Racer or boondocker)
  • ANy mods

Don't mean to hyjack this topic, but I have the same questions. I have stock clutching and know there is much potential there, but don't know what to do. there is a million different combinations and everyone has a different opinion. I'm 160 pounds ride 5000' to 8000' and never touch the trail. Clutch seems to work alot better since getting 377 belt and aligned. I'm only seeing 38-43 mph track speed in powder.
