Stock seat w/Impulse

Customer wants to reuse his stock seat over the tank. Has anyone done this? Is the seat still comfortable after removing most of the foam? His wife rides this sled and he would like it to maintain the comfortable feel of the stock seat.

His wife rides the sled and he is going with an Impulse? That thing is a beast. I have ridden one with a stock seat and it almost feels like you are riding right on the tank. It was very hard. I have seen the impulse one but it is quite large.

It is not comfortable and the after market seats for the Impulse Kit are lacking. Thats why started making seats 3 years ago. To date I have sold over 60 seats with no complaints. If you are interested here are a few pics of my seat. Thanks, Kevin.

I have had the "impoulse" seat that he sells with the kit. I got the tall version and it was way too tall for me. The seat is big and bulky and it feels like you are riding a barrell. I heard great reviews on Motleyones seats. They appear to be slimmer and easier to move around on the sled. Look great too. I should have mine on Friday and can let you know.

This is the same feedback I get from everyone that buys my seat. The seat that Paul sells with his kit is to bulky. It also sits way to high. My seats are customizeable for your height and weight. The attachment set up is far better for my seat as well and holds the seat in place.

Can you PM me a price?

His plan is to turn down the boost for her. :)

Thanks for all the input.

Hey Motley shoot me a price too. I have the short version of the Impulse seat and it is way too tall. Comfortable...but too tall. Great for the trail, but I darn near need stirrups to ride it. It's very hard to switch side to side on. How much lower is yours?
