hey there guys, a friend of mine had some engine troubles a couple of weekends ago, and we were wondering what the stock compression for a 2011 800 assault should be around.
That is definitely kind of low. I would suspect oil supply if it is in both cylinders, but get a good look at cylinders and pistons, I'd say at this point its definitely worth taking to the dealer if theres warranty left, or pulling the head yourself and checking it out if your out of warranty.
if there is no warranty coverage, i'm suspecting the bill for a motor rework will 'prolly be about the same as a carl big bore when the 900 BB gets released..... could be fun
