Still need help T-apex

I found and fixed a small pinhole leak in one of the small hoses that go to the boost gauge. Now i rode it today and same problem,Sled will run at half throttle at about 8-pounds and when at full throttle it falls on its face and spits and sputters.Gets even worse when i turned up the boost.I dont know what else to check.Help please

If it was me I would defaintly spend the money and get a A/F gauge. It's an extremely useful tool that sure would help diagnose what's going on with the sled.

Im gonna give it one more shot at fixing this thing, but if i cannt does anyone know of a good shop in Wa to take it to?By the way i live in yakima so closer is better

yes the box can go bad. have you checked the tps settings? had a prob with my mcx box and found it while testing the tps. I would set the tps and then just watch the numbers wonder around. closed throttle, sled off, key on, set at 16 and the numbers would walk up to 21 or so. next I unplugged the mcx box, reset tps and the number would stay at 16. changed the mcx box out and life is good again.

totally agree. these guys are the best. check the tps. first. unplug your fuel controller and plug back to stock and check the values on your gauge cluster. mine did the same as yours changed the tps and all is well. if its bad it defaults to full rich from idle on up..

did the head look deformed at all allot of guys had probs with warping the ti headers.i know a few guys that were getting water in there box & causing probs make sure there isnt any water in it.is your yammi gauge pod throwing any codes.

Well i took the fuel box off and opened it and it was wet *** hell,so ill dry it out and try again. Is it possible the water has ruined the box?I am going to relocate it to a dryer spot and put it in a plastic sealed box.

Also locate the pressure sensor for the mcx kit and mount it so the nipple is facing down, we used to get alot of them that would ice up after you sat for awhile.

I had exactly the smae problem with my sled last year, I switched the MCX box off of a buddy's sled and it fixed the problem. I then sent mine back and had it reprogrammed. I haven't had the problem since.
