Stiff Suspension

So I took my rails off to get them powdercoated. I put them back on last night but now it seems as if my suspension stiffened up almost to the point of it not moving when I stand on it and bounce it.

And ideas on what may have happened to cause this?

There are spacer washers between all the shafts and the slide rails. Did you get all of them back in place?

If it is an IQ chassis or a skid from a 011, 012 SB Assault or a 012 600 RMK, make sure your lower rear shock mount arm is rotated up and not down on the track where the assembly wants to move to while installing the skid. If installed wrong, the skid will act stiff as the lower rear shock is in contact with the track.

It is a 2011 Pro-Rmk. Would this sled have the same issue? Not really understanding what you mean. The last swing arm toward the back or one of the two shocks?

Different rear skid design altogether. Like previous posts, gremlins such as washers left out, linkages hooked up wrong, etc are at work. Recheck all. Merry Christmas.
