Sticky Primary???

Take a look at the video. I picked up my sled from the dealer last week after they replaced my chain, I finished installing my cold air intake and few other minor things and started her up for the first time this year. It sounds like the primary is sticking as I let off and then it clanks open and has a weird squealing sound for a split second. My questions is, Do you think this is just because it has been sitting all summer long will it go away after a few miles? Has anyone else had this?

I would say thats normal. Mine does the same thing.

I can see your belt slacking and slapping the guard. That's the whining noise your hearing. For a better view of what I mean search 1100 turbo belt mike garver on you tube

as tyco 72 said it looks like ur belt is hitting the belt guard.

No the belt is not hitting the guard, at least in that example.....

Both my sled and my buddies 1100T do that exact same thing. It makes a little clicking sound just as the primary almost fully opens.

Weird thing is that it never did this before. what would cause it to just start doing this? I have never blown a belt, after reading all these threads now im worried that something has changed and now im going to start blowing belts.
