WHAT's the market like in Stewart?
how much will/should it sell for?

We recieved two offers in the last year. Both fell through due to buyers credit not being good enough. It was listed with a realtor for the last year. It has now expired from the listing and we will try the auction route.
Both offers we accepted last year were for $240,000. It was listed for $259,000
At this point if someone offers us $150,000 b4 auction date we'll take it.
If it goes to auction it may be we get a lot more than that.
We can work out a side deal if it's something that happens quickly.

This place is real nice. Dave and his wife really have done an A+++ job with this place.

I'll trade ya the Palace for the lodge! plus throw in, um.. a lot in my newest Development I showed ya. heck yeah. The palace on its 3 lots and a lake view lot worth $129,900.00. deal? Im serious as a heart attack.

I told the wife when we got there that we could leave when ever she wanted. Figure she'd last 2 weeks. It's been 3-4 years now and shes ready to go.
We need to expand to accommodate more guests really but my time is up.
We will always keep a house here for sledding but full time might be over for me.

what does stewart have to offer in that town is it fairly developed or you have to leave all the time more a less to get any thing or do anything?

2 grocery stores, a few restaurants, a home hardware, bus service, post office, 4 bars, 4 hotels, school, hi speed net, boat launch, yacht club. LOTS OF FISH AND year round sledding!

you might be out a luck bud!
The lodge building only really takes up 1.5 of the 4 serviced lots that are included.
plenty of space for expansion.

500 people in Stewart BC, and 90 people in Hyder Alaska. two communities are a just a mile apart
