Just thought I would pass on my experience this week. With all of the snow fall we've been getting on Baker I have been riding every day. We were up riding with Ron (service manager at Steel Dreams) on Friday when I seized my sled on the trail. We rode for a few hours (I had to 2-up to get up the hill) while Ron was tuning a new sled. When he was finished, he headed down early to get back to the shop. A few hours later, we rode down and found that my sled was not on the trail where we left it. Got back to the shop around 3:30pm and found Ron had ripped the top end off of it and had ordered the parts from BRP (they had everything except the cylinders). Because of the holidays, the parts didn't come in until Wednesday at which point Ron put aside A LOT of other work to get my sled done for me. Picked her up Thursday morning and had a very, very, very great day riding. Sled pulls just as hard as it did before she went down.

I agree 100%. If you want your doo to run like it should bring it to them and you will find out what customer service is all about. STEEL DREAMS is the best in the great northwest. Cant wait to get 10 hrs on our XP's !!!!

I had the best experience just yesterday. Broke my drive shaft on my XP, Ron jumped right on it. Greg(the owner) bought me lunch and gave me a demo to ride for the weekend. BEST service in the state.

I have talked with Ron several times on the phone and he has been very helpfull and made sure I understood everything and then shipped me the correct parts..They are great People.. Nice thing too he rides his produce and knows it well....

Let me jump on this bandwagon as well. I just bough a Rev XP Summit X 154 from Greg, and both Greg and Ron were super to deal with. Set the sled up perfect, and made the buying transaction a lot of fun. They are good people. Mark

I couldn't agree with you any more Ron nows his stuff. He has a long history of setting up sleds. I just wish they still worked on Arctic Cats. FYI he is just as good with Seadoos.

Yup, I too have had a couple of dealings with Ron, always willing to help and can find part numbers for stuff that don't have numbers. :O

These guys are great had the exaust bolts come loose on my xp, sled died, hand warmers out, took it in on a tuesday to have it worked on and the ten hour service done, told me they were booked and would not get to it till next week!. Greg call me the next night and told me it was ready to pick up saved the weekend sled runs great good job steel dreams will take it to no other place and i live in auburn .

Another big fan here. Dealer I bought my XP from couldn't care less about my satisfaction. So, when it was ready for the 10hr I took it to SD. Now my sled ROCKS! Wish I'd bought from them in the first place.
