Wanting to head up to Stampede pass on monday as i have to work all weekend. If anyone rides it this weekend let me know how it is. it would be much appreciated. thanks

Rode Stampede early Saturday morning, up high a little over a foot of new, roads were in pretty good shape. Due to the low coverage and the trees are getting thicker/taller every year limiting access to a lot of areas that we used to ride. Still a lot of fun, you can still find some good snow/play areas if you explore, we did. Monday? All depends on how many people ride there on Sunday, and how far from the snopark you get. thinking about trying stampede
I went to salmon la sac a couple times recently and thought they had plenty of depth up high. Have you been there recently to compare the two places? the video you posted looked like enough snow I was just waundering how much was under the new snow. id much rather go to stampede if theres enough up there. I figure there was about 4-6 feet depth at salmon la sac up high.

Looking for a good place to ride on Monday. Anybody riding stampede pass willing to let me tag a long send me a pm. I've only rode up there once (out of crystal springs I think) so I don't know my way around up there.
