Rode most of the day yesterday with no issues, sled ran perrrrfect. Stopped at a road crossing and it stalled. Had to towed to my shop. Sled fired every once in a while and back fired a few times but no run. Got progressive better and by this a.m. runs perfect. Lots of snow domn low under hood but nothing unusual. Obviously something got wet, but what?
Hoping someone may have a solution.

PL Kit

Powder Lites kit. Definitly lots of snow and moisture in there and had no problems last year when stock. Actually had no problems in Sicamous earlier this month and tons of snow there. Maybe just buy a can of Dialectric grease and get busy.

Check all vaccum lines and electrical connections.. Check air filter for ice water etc.. Mine plugged up pretty good when we found some deep stuff..

Also make sure your drier hose (intake hose) too turbo is in good shape.. I was in revvy last weekend and turbo intake hose(drier hose) broke right off at turbo.. It also had alot of spilts in it etc.. Im making up a proper guard for it now..
Also did a tunnel dump for the exhaust just dumped it on top of the track.. Not good in the deep stuff plugs off too easy,, need to extend it further back or try and run it with track etc..

Check RB3 connector at box and make sure electrical grease and tape up heat shrink on wire harness.
Had a few guys phone me and sure enough was wet.

Man oh man you guys never sleep do you? Thats what i spent last night doing. Will go back to RB3 and double check all connections. Also screened off some of the open areas on nose cover up high on either side of windshield. Won't be riding alone for a while though.
Thanks for all the input.
By far the best forum for usefull advice without the crap.
