St Helens Marble Mtn snopark Conditions.

11/26/2015

Drove up today to check it out. Sure looks pretty from Vancouver, but is still quite bleak up there. Stopped in Marble Mtn first, then drove up to LaHar.

Gonna be a while b4 anyone rides across...

Going the wrong way boys.

After the cold temps and rain down low early this week, I was very hopeful for a ton of new snow this week

I drove up to marble today and was extremely disappointed.
They had to be getting rain there too cause most of the snow is gone.

The gate on the road to lava canyon is closed now, but road was mostly bare.

Calling for snow the next few days so hopefully it gets better soon!

Any updates on Marble? I went to Adams today instead..

Anybody go check out how this storm is panning out for Marble Mtn?

I had a tip that Adams would be good so I went for and it was good!(Posted pics on Adams Where thread)

They had snow on the ground down to 1100' on the road below Trout Lake when I left, so I'm hoping that Marble was getting dumped on.

Any updates would be appreciated!

Was up last Saturday and there was about 4 inches at the snopark. According to the snotel site at June lake there is a lot more snow. Showing 30 inches at 3400 ft

Hit it yesterday, groomed out to the fields and not too whooped out just yet, plenty of powder to play in once you get above the lower tracked out sections!

Just got back from a ride up from cougar sno park.. TONS of untouched pow if you don't cut to marble mtn sno park going to sheep canyon... The trail from marble is very whooped out, but worth it to ride in once you get to the lahar area. 3ish feet of powder with no base.
