Saint Croix the Island. The US Territory, that island in the US Virgin Islands that has the refinery on it.......
Cant remember is it Hess or BP, I lived in the islands (St. John) for a few years, we used to fly over to St Croix from time to time, bueatiful island, HUGE crime problem, unlike St Thomas and St John, there is limited tourism effecting the local economy in a big way, lots of drugs going through making there way up to Puerto Rico and the States, I quess it depends on what kind of job and living situation you have. Dont think Id raise a family down there unless your set up with a estate type setting and private school.

Hess is the refinery. I would be working there if I did take a job there.
Wouldn't be for more then a year or two.
Thanks for the info on the crime issue, most people I talk to like to gloss it over with terms like "Limited ratial tensions," "continued activity by the police," etc.
