2016 TS MH 120ST Jackshaft Question

Morning!

The jack shaft bearings on 2016 MH ST are turning pretty rough and I'm planning a replacement project. Has anyone done this and willing to share lessons learned? Also, Im curious about the torque spec of the jackshaft nuts and it appears to be RH thread, but a confirmation from the universe would be great before I pull the trigger on the impact gun! Thanks!

From a very helpful Timbersled rep named Dale:



60 ft lbs with red loctite

Torque the brake side first.

Torque the chain side second, with the chain installed.

Right handed threads confirmed.

Keep track of where each spacer goes. Look for wear on the jack shaft under the chain side bearing/bearings. I had to replace my 17 shaft 2 times due to wear.
