I'm guessing it is to mount the motor in the chasis a little better and prevent it from flexing and moving around, in turn keeping your clutches aligned better.

Bingo.
Polaris went back to straps for mounting (see the '90's).

Thanks for the enlightenment. So does that mean we can expect problems if we leave them stock? Seems like they said the belt life was way longer on these Pros??

Time will tell. If the chasis is as stiff as Polaris says, it shouldn't be an issue. If I were going to add a lot of power, I would do one of these to make sure, say a turbo or something.

Whenever a manufacture cuts back a lot of weight you do wonder (at least I do) if they took the weight in the wrong places. The XP is a good example of this. Doo did a great job of cutting weight but there are some places I would rather that sled be stronger.

I know people hate replacing A-Arms but I would rather replace an A-arm than the nun on a Doo any day. Major PITA.

Gee, I was thinking it was to mount a 1200 watercraft. LOL

You funny guy...... you go home now........

Actually, this sled is getting a water-to-air intercooled Aerocharger turbo. Same kit that was on the Dragon. The only way to fly.

Thats some good looking shizz dude. I like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL.... you are a sucker for billet too eh? Yeah, the outfit that did the programing and machine work is one of the best shops I have ever been in, even comparable to Boeing!

Any boosted Pro Chassis sleds, these are a must! Here comes the shameless plug: Fastrax Clicky
