Spring Creek, Christmas day. fun, buuuuuuuutttt...

Does ready mean that it is too deep and I don't have a turbo so I can't ride? Well then yes, it is not ready. I wouldn't go.

Well... I've got to go get some big girl panties from Target, pick up my sleds & figure out how to get them to the hill!!

I've talked to 2 people in the last week that said that the ears wasn't ready... but sounds like it'll be worth the trip.

Went to VP last Thursday after the storm. It was a joke how little snow there was. Vail must have triple counted their snowfalls. Even the groomed trail had bare spots.

Yup, vail resorts consistently lies about their snow reporting. Halve their snow reports and that is what they really got. Vail area has yet to see any big storms so far this season. just small amounts of snow here and there 3 or 4 inches.

I was going off what Ralph said and if Ralph thinks its "ok" then it has to be awesome ha

Ralph is still disappointed that the Mayans were wrong. ;)

LMAO.......

That right there is some funny stuff!

Suck it, each and every single one of you. :D I went last Friday and had a pretty good time. Base set up pretty good by the end of the day. Then it snowed every day until Christmas morning. Took a day off and is snowing again.

Kaleb, hook a trailer to that Jeep and drive up.

I coulda swore you had a little 2 place. Just get a Radio Flyer like Duke has and tie it to your bumper.

My renter was going to let me use his (I've never had one) but he needed to pay RENT... so he had to sell it!!!:face-icon-small-sho

Can't much hassle him for that one, now can I!!!:face-icon-small-hap

I thought it was kinda funny though...

I've got a big 4place enclosed that's just for storage, I got it for free because the ceiling was collapsed... it's just where the sleds live during the week.

It's not a big deal... I want to ride, but I'm not angry that I can't or anything, it's just the situation right now, I'll make the best of it just fine! After the truck seeming to be better this summer I though it would be ok, so I kinda ignored it. It's my own fault, SH** happens.

I'll get out riding soon. Maybe I'll tie some wheels & a hitch to the sled deck & go giver a rip! :D

Next time, buy something other than a Dodge. Geez. Everyone I know that has one has problems.

Wish I could help you out. Doesn't Noah have a small trailer?

You could have traded him out and took ownership of the trailer for that month. It's turning into a barter world. Now you have to stay at home and change dirty diapers. ;)

No... Noah is a "man", therefore he has a sled deck.:face-icon-small-win He has no verginia so he doesn't use a trailer.

If I could afford to trade rent for a trailer... then I wouldn't be sitting here right now trying to figure out how to pay to fix the truck... Gotta pay the mortgage on that place... I don't make a dime off of it until tax time (it becomes well worth it in April though:D ), and by paying down principle, so can't afford to cut that payment down.

Just got a bunch of BDX orders the last 2 days... maybe that'll help a bit, we'll see.

What did you do to the Dodge anyways? And stop spending cash on that Jeep! You should know better this close to good riding. ;) Yesterday at the Ears was awesome! And I hear you were trying to drive thru barns with an RV, on Saturday???

And me and my Virginia will be nice and warm if I ever have to work on my sled on the hill. Tool box, extra gear, heater, extra fuel. ;)

Meh... the jeep will last me 10+ years, or sleds last me 2 years and aren't worth squat after that. Money spent on that makes more sense to me from a family perspective right now.

Truck has a fuel issue, it's had the same problem for a long time, been in for a fix a few times.... not yet has it made a difference. Now it won't start at all anymore.

You can't put a price on fun. And nothing will ever last you 10 years. Nothing. :face-icon-small-ton:face-icon-small-ton

If it's a diesel the 98-02s are famous for killing lift pumps buy a FASS system and be done with it.

it's an 03... but oddly enough they're not giving fass systems away for the 98-02's either :face-icon-small-hap Those are pricey! The lift pumps suck in the 03 as well.

Yep my 03 lift pump went out at around 180,000, replaced mine with a Raptor 100. Put in a fuel pressure gauge and never worry about it again.

I run the FASS. Great system, not necessarily cheap but great quality. Saves the VP44 on the ISB engines.

It's a diesel so nothings cheap, even the fuel isn't anymore my old 12 valve just keeps ticking though..... you might find a deal on cl there's always someone upgrading etc.
