Sport Bumper????

They could be built alot stronger since i managed to crack mine just moving my sled around in the shop and mine being an 800 I cant see the bumpers lasting long on the 1100s.

After having mine off and putting it back on it feels alot stronger now. Not because of the skid plate. But because the top bolts were not tight tight. I think they likely all can use a little more tension. With the top bolts tight the bumper hardly flexes and flexing is what causes it to crack. Now just to figure out how to get heavier bolts in the bottom bracket.

That was going 3-4 mph downhill in deep fluff, and hit a rock
