Motelyone and I are back from Revy. Fun trip awesome snow. I will post some pics shortly. Ready to head up again this weekend. Anyone else in? Big Bull I think you need to tune yours in. There is approx 5' base at the cabin. With more on the way. Weather was terrible. Couldn't see cr*p. Had to play in the trees.

Here ya go Tim. I drew a Waha Muley tag this year. I had to settle for this dink. there was a 202 and a 220 that came out of this same general area. Saw 6-7 Rams in there as well. Post some more pictures of your Ram I just looked at them real quick but didnt get a good look.

Thinking of leaving on friday afternoon. Ride saturday and sunday come home sunday afternoon. be home by about 10 pm. i have a few things to 'fix' before I can leave will know more tomorrow. pm me your # and I will call you.

Thats a nice mulie Tim! My sister tagged out this fall. Shot a 5x6 bull in elk season and a 5x6 mulie about a week ago. She hasn't scored it but it is 24" inside to inside.

FLIT, I don't have a crystal ball. I'm looking for heavy haul type work down here and I have a few job leads on the North slope, but we have to wait for the ocean to freeze, that may not start until Janurary. Swing by if your passing thru. I'm working on building an apartment in the shop since I left my Dodge and fifth wheel in Alaska. Didn't make enough money to build a house yet.

YA, I really thought it would be easier to find a nice muley but it was NOT. I passed up 43 before taking this one and it will be in the 177 range. Really hard to find the 180-190 class bucks and this is in an area that only gives 35 tags and 6-700 people put in for them. Here is a Ram I took a picture of, I know nothing on the scoring on these but this seemed like a pretty nice one. Its amazing they were just in peoples yards on the Snake River.

So I need to put some new tires on my truck before winter sets in and the Yokohama tires I have were terrible so I am going with something else. I want to know what you guys have on your trucks that work well.
I am considering Michelin LTX and Goodyear Silent Armor ATs. I am not considering BFG AT.
I can't afford 2 sets so I am leaning away from winter tires.

the cooper stt or st are very good tires that you can run year round. If not going with studs and pulling them in the spring i would recommend the stt.

Why no BFG? I absolutely loved my BFG's for the snow.

The Coopers that Tim mentioned are good tires.
