Splitting the case on 04 900 fuelie

First off does a person use a puller to remove the mag and secondly is there a place to screw in jacking bolts to split the case halves ?

Yes you need a puller for the flywheel (very tight). To seperate the case you need to tap on the bolts, unscrew then about 1/4" and keep driving on them until the case comes apart. Have someone else hang onto it and put a large drift on the bolt heads so you don't bugger up the heads. Make sure you have all the little bolts out before you start hitting the big ones.
