I am a Polaris guy and screwed around with supercharging a two stroke back in the early 90's. Didn't work then but was able to figure out why and what had to be done. Does anyone know for sure if they have it worked out? The big issue is containing the boost as the ex port is still open after the intake port closes letting all the boost out the exhaust. A turbo works because the turbo is an infinately variable exhaust restrictor that is pressure coupled to the intake. Somwhere in the system there needs to be a varible ex restrictior to control pipe pressure. just wondering if anyone is in the know?
