Spark Plug Wires - is there a PTO and Mag wire or does it not matter?

For the Polaris 800 twin it's my understanding that there is no difference and that you could switch the plug wires back and forth with no problems.....is this correct?

yes all multi cyl single coil apps are waste spark units ,cross them loop them it doesent matter..

Correct, both plugs fire at the same time always.
