Spark plug gap?

What are you turbo guys setting gap at?

Is it easy to foul a plug on these t-bo Pro's? Is it possible they can run good then a plug might cause them to misfire on the top end?

Sorry fo all the questions...my first 2 stroke turbo and I have never really ridden it yet. I will post up some pics sometime today.

Not sure about gaps on Polaris turbos, but on the Cats we run between 0.020 - 0.025 on the turbos. I run 0.020 and never have any fouling problems.

i've always ran mine at .15-.18 anything higher and never runs right on the top end. i only wasted my money on one box of the iridium plugs and couldnt tell a difference at all, but i must ask^ why you are running the BR9EIX instead of the proper cross over which would be a BPR9EIX i know a lot guys are doing this but i dont understand why you would take a motor that is set up to run a pretruded plug tip (BPR9ES or RN57YCC) and then put a non pretruded plug in it?

i asked them same question. i have a silber kit and this is what he recommends. however. this year i switched it over to the bpr and right away noticed easier starting but not much else. i would like to know the reason he recommends them since it has been so long since he told me that i have forgotten it some time ago haha. and i never gapped my plugs this year just pulled them out the box and ran them. i wanted to try it and was totally prepared to gap them down but never had anything happen that i felt i needed to
