Spark plug gap for boosted sleds

I run a 2009 twisted TM8 and recall a thread suggesting ideal plug gap for boosted sleds. I was wondering what the gap should be and what are the pro's of changing the gap opposed to just throwing new plugs in?

How often does everyone change their plugs?

.025 gap. If the gap is too much and you are running higher boost you will blow out the yellow firey part. Most new plugs I have checked were at the .025 gap out of the box. Usualy change them when it starts to run bad on the top end.
