spare belt holder

Anyone have a picture of how to put the spare belt in the holder? Need to get the sled ready for a ride next weekend. I stuffed it in, but a lot hangs our or should I bend it over on itself?

Also what is the bent allen wrench that comes with the sled for?

Yes, stuff the belt folded on itself. And the allen, I am guessing you're talking about the one over by the clutches? That is actually not an allen but for the secondary clutch to spread the sheaves to allow you to change the belt. It threads into the front of the secondary.

Check out the manual, it tells you both - including the install of the belt in the holder to follow the profile of the hood for clearance.

I looked in manual and must of missed both. The Allen wrench is the one that came in the plastic baggy with the manual and shock tool, not the secondary clutch tooth.

Are you talking about the spark plug tool with the torque on the other side? It is all in the manual.

Looks like a clutch tool that didn't get turned. Or...... trail rated booger picker/flinger tool. Either way I didn't get one either. Checking sears web site.

So I got a free bent allen wrench!!!!!!! At least I no longer need to try and figure out what it is used for.

I think it is to tighten the muffler bearings when they come loose.
