Thank you very much for your work. Brought back lots of memories. I identify with all of them. I always read or watch the news. Our old country will continue on, but I don't think many people really watch the news and know what is going on. They are too ready to let someone else do their thinking for them. I hope all of you can remember what socialism in the the world was and is like. Let's no bring it here now. Thanks

Yup, I remember all of that. (only a couple minor political/sports names I wasn't familiar with.)
Sputnik: I was in highschool then. We had a ham radio/electronics club, and were able to receive the Sputnik satellite data "beeps", and played it over the school P.A. system for everyone.
Big shock to this country. How could the "hated" Russians have beaten us to such a scientific break through?

Although I will be 66 next month, I still try to press on. Our local ATV club went on a 32 mile trail ride (on legal ATV trails ) yesterday in Aitkin County. Great fun, some mud and water, very relaxing and stress releiving. LOL. Love my 07-700 Grizzly EPS/EFI.

Got some good helmet video cam "footage" of riding thru the woods in mud and water. Now if I only knew how to process and post it????

Based on the current political trends, I'd have to say I'm happy to have lived through the, perhaps, best years of this country. I hope I'm wrong about the way things look for the furure, as I have kids and grand kids too.

Cool video. I'm with Snowizard. Remember almost all of it. Didn't realize how many of us 'old' guys are on this page. Helps me not feel quite so old when I know there are more of us out here.
